Using DPD’s award winning ‘Predict’ service, our UK customers already get a 1 hour time slot for their delivery. This service has now been extended across Europe! Customers will receive notification by text with a 1 hour time slot before predicted delivery of your goods. If you happen to be out at this time, you can choose to collect your parcel from over 27,000 pickup shops. We have had excellent feedback from our satisfied customers who are very pleased with this service.

Much to the delight of everyone at The Allendale Group, Betty, our long standing Accounting and Purchasing Manager, has just passed her driving test! Betty has bought her first car – a lovely, shiny Nissan Micra. Betty has timed this perfectly with the launch of Allendale Detailing, our latest product range, offering Primal Detail’s range of car care products.
This week our goods in / out team took a day out from the busy Allendale warehouse’s to visit the Amazon Fulfilment centre in Rugeley. It was a great insight to the daily operations of this facility. We continue to invest in our staff and systems for continued improvements of our customer experience and efficiency of order processing.

After 6 years’ service with Allendale Hangzhou Mr Hu our first warehouse operator has retired at the end of 2016. Everyone at the Allendale Group wishes Mr Hu all the best and a happy retirement.
We are spreading Christmas Cheer here at Allendale Group by taking part in Christmas Jumper Day and raising money for Save the Children!
