The FM35 is an easy to use hand-held food thermometer including a large LCD display, rubber boot and On/Off key making it ideal for use in any food environment.

This instrument can be used with an option of probes including general purpose and air probes to quickly and accurately measure different temperature requirements. These are connected via a Lumberg plug.
