Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Each product has a set net weight, with a small additional charge (around 10%) for packaging and handling. International Shipping

Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty Coverage

Lyons Instruments warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following durations from the date of original purchase:

All standard products: 1 year

Voltage Stabiliser Systems: 2 years

Regavolt® and Portavolt® Systems: 5 years
(Excludes spares and accessories, which are covered by the standard 1-year warranty)

Extended Warranties

Extended warranty options may be available for selected products.

Warranty Conditions

To qualify for warranty service:

Products must be used as intended and in accordance with the user manual.

The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Consumables, accessories, or spare parts (unless stated)

Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised repair

Products used in commercial settings unless specified

Remedies

If a product is found defective during the warranty period, we may:

Repair the product using new or refurbished parts

Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit
